Ava Gillespi (née Stevens) was a distant relative of Aspen Leger.
Biography[]
As the Caste System fell into place her life was almost untouched. She and her husband Logan lived a quiet life as Threes. They were both writers and devoutly patriotic.
One day one of their neighbors was caught harboring Rebels. Because of that Gregory Illéa dropped that family to Eights and made everyone on their block drop a caste, too, as he assumed someone must known something about that.
Logan and Ava, new being Fours, made friends with the Mercers, a family who owned a restaurant. This was a viable option for them too, so they spent all their resources into opening a restaurant of their own.
She is only known because of the Leger Family Tree.
